Description

In the admin/settings page, set up a blog subtitle with several phrases delimited by the ^ character. This patch will allow a random subtitle to be chose for each page load. Patch includes instructions on admin screen next to textbox for subtitle. Patch works fine if there's just one subtitle (no ^ characters in subtitle text)

Whilst it's very cute, it seems like the sort of thing that's best kept as a local patch. Or possibly a plugin once we work out a Typo plugin architecture.
